3. Prescription & Eye Care

• Prescription lenses are made based on the details provided by you or your optometrist.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and valid prescription.
• We recommend regular eye check-ups; our team can assist with professional refraction services.

4. Orders & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers at our physical store.
• For custom orders, a 50% advance may be required.

6. Product Warranty

• Most frames come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Lenses are covered for 3 months against coating defects or breakage under normal use.
• Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Chopra Opticals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
